Andrew Weston is extremely enthusiastic and passionate about real estate. He is driven by achieving phenomenal results for his clients and has over 21 years’ experience within the construction and development industry. Andrew has been responsible for site acquisitions, valuations and sales projects, specialising in properties from Darwin to Coolangatta and from Cooktown to Perth.
Having studied property at university, Andrew holds a Bachelor of Applied Science and Property Economics, is a registered valuer, an associate member of the Australian Property Institute and is a licensed real estate agent in Queensland, Northern Territory and Western Australia. With a solid mixture of practical knowledge and experience, Andrew is proficient in assisting his clients through every phase of the selling process with confidence. As his experience spans across a broad range of residential properties, he has a diverse clientele and is continually evolving in the marketplace. Andrew’s respected approach is extremely straightforward and involves being honest, transparent and committed with all parties, in all transactions. His attention to detail and professional yet relaxed demeanour are traits that serve him well when it comes to providing a calm environment in a fast-paced competitive process.

Andrew was appointed to the Defence Housing Australia (DHA) Panel of Real Estate Agents in March 2014 and has managed over 122 transactions for Defence Housing Australia and their investors in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Perth, Toowoomba, Ipswich, Cairns and Darwin.
